Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India (PAN India).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We look forward to expanding our services in the future.

Order Processing

Every order is carefully prepared before dispatch.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, etc.) – 3–5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities – 5–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas – 7–10 Business Days

These timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • Standard shipping charges apply to orders below ₹999 and will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email and/or WhatsApp.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please feel free to contact our support team.

Delivery Delays

While we always strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Festivals
  • Natural calamities
  • Courier partner delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate while placing your order.

Shree Krishna Jewellers will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the details if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect shipping address, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears to be damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, we recommend that you:

  • Refuse delivery if the damage is significant.
  • Take clear photographs of the package.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

This helps us investigate the issue quickly and provide an appropriate resolution.

Festival Deliveries

During festive occasions such as Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya, Valentine's Day, and other peak shopping periods, courier networks may experience higher shipment volumes.

To avoid last-minute delays, we recommend placing your order well in advance.

Although we dispatch all orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.
